Chosen to get you out of your comfort zone, each day you'll commit to:
✓ No social media 1 hour before bed or after waking up.
✓ Minimum of 7 hours sleep.
✓ Read 10 pages a day.
✓ 1 minute of cold water exposure.
✓ No alcohol.

No need to worry about equipment – we provide everything! Just bring yourself and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Our classes run three days during the week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with two available times on those days - 5 am and 6 pm. Plus, there's a Saturday class at 9 am. Choose what fits your schedule best!
