COACHES
From overcoming personal struggles to empowering women nationwide, Nikki Constant's journey is nothing short of inspiring. A mom of two, Nikki began her fitness journey out of necessity, battling stress and post-baby weight. Diagnosed with diabetes during pregnancy, she found herself at 250 lbs. Invited to the gym by a friend, she discovered a passion for fitness that changed her life.
After moving to Las Vegas and struggling to find work, Nikki turned to the one thing she knew best – fitness. She started training local ladies in Vegas and, upon returning to her hometown, began training women in her basement. Her dedication and passion led to the creation of Cake Body Fitness with co-founder Winn. Together, they built a clothing brand that reaches women all over the United States and opened Cake Body Transformation, a gym dedicated to helping women transform their lives.
Nikki is also the creator of popular programs like Cake Academy, designed to help women slim their waists and grow their "cakes." Her goal is clear – to educate and empower as many women as possible on their health and fitness journeys.
What started as my personal fitness journey has blossomed into a mission to transform the lives of countless women. I'm incredibly proud of the community we've built and the strong, inspirational women who are part of it.
Nikki Constant continues to inspire and support women everywhere, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
Kaleishia Hoskins’ journey to fitness and wellness is one of resilience, determination, and transformation. Born and raised in Delaware, Kaleishia attended Delaware State University, earning both her undergraduate (2008) and graduate (2011) degrees in social work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has spent 14 years providing support to adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress management, opposition, and substance use. Her career has taken her through diverse settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, community-based programs, intensive outpatient programs, inpatient behavioral hospitals, and medication-assisted treatment programs.
A proud member of the Air Force Reserve since 2005, Kaleishia has deployed four times, serving in Iraq (twice), Kyrgyzstan, and the United Arab Emirates. Her commitment to service is matched by her dedication to fitness, a passion that grew from a place of profound personal loss.
In 2014, Kaleishia's father passed away, followed by her mother just eight months later. The grief was overwhelming, leading her to unhealthy coping mechanisms. However, a candid comment from her grandmother in November 2015 prompted self-reflection and a commitment to change. She made a promise to herself to exercise for at least one hour a day for 30 days, and on January 3, 2016, she stepped into the gym to begin her healing journey. Since that day, Kaleishia has worked out every single day, documenting her journey on social media for personal accountability and quickly gaining a following seeking advice and inspiration.
Pre-COVID, she became a certified personal trainer and began teaching group fitness classes and training individual clients. Although the pandemic temporarily halted her training, an opportunity in January 2022 to teach at Cake Body Fitness reignited her passion. She completed her certification and now, as a Cake Body instructor, she continues to inspire and support women on their fitness journeys.
In addition to her role at Cake Body, Kaleishia is the proud owner of Skip's Smoothies, a business that complements her commitment to health and wellness.
Exercise helped me crawl out of depression and manage my grief and anxiety. I see it as therapy for a stable mind, with a nice physique being just a bonus. I’m looking forward to supporting you as you embark on this exciting path to building a strong body and mind. See you at the gym!"
Word of advice from Kaleishia:
"Just show up! Showing up is half the battle. Understanding and mastering consistency is key, especially on days when motivation is low or nonexistent. Consistency will pull you through. Your journey is your own. It's great to be inspired by others, but this is a 'you versus you' experience. Celebrate victories large and small and remember to be kind to yourself.
